Since the beginning of chiropractic medicine, there have been many attempts to create equipment that can verify the presence and correction of vertebral subluxations. In the 1960s, a group of chiropractic researchers developed an overview of the neuropathophysiologic effects of vertebral subluxation on skin temperature, thus making thermal imaging a viable solution for chiropracticors. Today, after several setbacks in the court systems with thermal imaging, this technology has finally reached it's maturity.
Infrared Cameras Inc. has built the most sensitive, uncooled, smallest, thermal imaging camera in the world. A perfect solution for anyone medical professional in need of thermal imaging. The ICI 7320 Professional Thermal Imaging Camera was NASA's product of the month, February 2009. Used by some of the worlds top researchers in the medical professional, the ICI 7320 Pro can be calibrated to reach NETD levels well below 27mK. Combined with the best accuracy possible for an uncooled thermal imaging camera, the ICI 7320 is years beyond the competition. ICI has recieved 510k FDA Clearance to market their thermal imaging cameras and software as medical devices.
Below is a partial list of the thermal imaging cameras suggested for medical use.
ICI 7320 Pro-Series
Ultra Sensitive, Ultra Small Fix Mounted Infrared Solution
The ICI 7320 P-Series infrared camera offers unmatched image sensitivity and clarity in a 320 x 240 radiometric imager.
With overall dimensions roughly the size of a business card the 7320 fits in the tightest or areas. The ICI 7320 operates on 1 watt of power via USB connection. IR Flash software provides real time radiometric data stream directly to hard drive or portable device. This infrared thermal imaging camera can be mounted in a number of available ICI enclosures for any environment .
